Ticket Terms and Conditions

Your Safety and Comfort at Redhills

Visitor Behaviour
Redhills is committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone — audiences, visitors, artists, and staff.
We reserve the right to ask any visitor to leave the venue or an affiliated event if their behaviour is:

  • Intimidating, aggressive, or violent
  • Disrupting the experience for others
  • Putting themselves or others at risk

In serious cases, this may result in a long-term or permanent ban.
Please ensure mobile phones are set to silent.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive after the event has started or need to leave the auditorium during the performance, you may be asked to wait until a suitable break — possibly the interval — before re-entering.
For some shows, late entry may not be possible at all. Redhills reserves the right to refuse admission.

Lighting Effects
Some events may use strobe lighting, flashing lights, or haze. We will clearly signpost this in the venue when applicable.

Event Cancellations
It is your responsibility to check if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled. We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible, but cannot guarantee notification.

Photography and Recording
Redhills may photograph or film events for promotional, archival, press, or social media use. If you have concerns, please speak to a member of staff.
By attending, you consent to being filmed or recorded as part of the audience. We will inform you beforehand when possible.

Personal, non-professional photography is allowed unless otherwise stated.
Please:

  • Avoid using flash, tripods, or professional cameras without written permission
  • Keep screen brightness low
  • Silence any camera sounds
  • Be considerate of others around you

Your Tickets
Only tickets purchased from Redhills or approved ticket agencies guarantee entry.
Tickets bought through secondary sites may be invalid. If this happens, we can provide confirmation of refusal so you can seek a refund.

We may cancel and resell tickets listed for resale on unofficial platforms, and may also deactivate the seller’s account. Affected customers will be contacted.
Redhills does not support ticket reselling at inflated prices.
Please note: We do not issue physical tickets.

Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Redhills or our event partner.
Where possible, we will reschedule cancelled events. If the new date doesn’t work for you, you may request a refund from your original point of sale.

We will try to contact you if there are changes, so please ensure your contact information is up to date.
Redhills cannot cover personal expenses such as travel or accommodation.

Fees
Most ticketed events include an 8% handling fee. This helps us make events more accessible and support our operating costs.
There are no fees for free events, educational activities, or workshops.
