Texture Luxe Events is not a conventional event catering company. With over 20 years of experience rooted in hospitality and Michelin-starred kitchens, they bring together artistic flair and gourmet expertise to create truly memorable events!

Their talented team delivers exceptional culinary experiences across a diverse range of occasions, from corporate buffets and fine dining dinner parties to private events, cooking classes and weddings of all sizes.

Texture Luxe Events is a family-run business proudly based in the heart of the North East of England. They comprise four distinct businesses:

• Texture Luxe Corporate & Event Catering, serving the entire North East region
• Two gastro restaurants: The Fox & Tree in Dalton-le-Dale and The Stapylton Steakhouse in Hawthorn Village
• Exclusive food partnership with Newcastle Theatre Royal, including ownership and operation of Texture at The Green Room, the venue’s in-house restaurant.

Their Chef Patron, Paul, brings a wealth of experience gained from working in both one and two-Michelin-star restaurants in London. His career includes catering for some of the UK’s most prestigious events, from the MOBO Awards to the G8 Summit in Genoa.

As a family business, they are deeply committed to supporting our local community. They prioritise local suppliers, recruit locally and actively engage in community initiatives – ensuring our success contributes positively to the region we proudly serve!

Chicken Liver Parfait Tartlet with Red Onion chutney
Duo of Smoked Salmon and King Prawn – Citrus Crème Fraîche, micro Herbs, and Pickled Cucumber ribbons.
Served with lemon blini and dill oil drizzle.
Alternative: (vegetarian): Heirloom Tomato & Burrata Salad – Basil gel, aged Balsamic pearls, and Olive dust.

Main Course
